  • Bachelor's- Organizational Leadership with a minor in Criminal Justice, The University of Oklahoma.

Interests and Hobbies:

  • Reading science fiction and fantasy novels.
  • Watching any OU sporting event.
  • Hiking.
  • Disney Astronomy/Astrophotography.
  • My dogs.
  • Baking.

Top Life Defining Moments in Higher Education:

  • Picking a major that I was pressured into, earning a 1.9 GPA in three semesters of college before pausing my educational journey until I had thoroughly thought about the major and goals I wanted to persue
  • Returning to school as a non-traditional student and taking classes with classmates that were much younger.
  • Taking a course - Strategies for Success - that helped me develop resiliency and skills needed to accomplish small goals along the way of completing my long-term goal of earning my degree.
  • The help and support I received by professors and advisors along the way that inspired me to help others accomplish their goals, whether they be big or small.

While in college, I experienced:

  • Balancing work and school.
