Jessi's Coaching Mindset: "I believe coaching is simply unlocking the potential that already resides in students; empowering them to reach their goals/best. It exists to provide and/or increase hope. I want a student leaving my office feeling better, more equipped, more grounded, and more excited than when they first come in..”

- Changing my major my junior year! This stretched me, made me adaptable and more motivated towards my future.
- Getting my student job in the admissions office of my alma mater - this helped me make connections that got me my first full-time job in higher education.
- Learning in my first full-time job what I loved doing, didn't like doing, and wish I could do more of. When the position in my current job became available, it was a perfect combination of what I learned I wanted.
