Contract Administration

Staff in A&E Services serve as the University's representative and are responsible for coordinating the work of contractors and construction managers with other Universtiy organizations and with design consultants.  The office is also responsible for seeing that schedules are maintained and that contractors receive correct payments in timely fashion.  Staff also maintain project financial records and keep the administration informed of project progress.
