Define the OU Family in your own words.

 The OU family consists of people from all around the world. Everyone you meet has a unique background and an idea to share. We learn from each other and grow together.

When was the moment you felt the greatest Sooner pride?

 I felt the proudest when the Alpha Rho Chapter of Theta Nu Xi grew from 13 members to 109 members in less than 6 years at the University of Oklahoma.

What was the greatest gift you took with you after graduation?

The greatest gift I took from OU was perspective. During my time at the University of Oklahoma, I met people from all different backgrounds who helped me see outside of my box. I had a village, a community, away from home. I developed lifelong relationships that I will cherish for a lifetime.

Reveal one secret about campus.

If you sit outside the Union courtyard the squirrels who are surprisingly very nice will join you for lunch. They love Chick-fil-A fries but won't eat any fruits or vegetables.

What is your favorite OU tradition?

I love how OU students take the myth of the clock tower very seriously. It is said that those who walk underneath the Clock Tower will not graduate within the standard four-year period. So during their academic journey, students admire the Clock Tower from a safe distance and walk around it. When it is time to graduate students won't hesitate to walk under the tower and take some of the best grad photos.

What advice do you have for prospective students?

Don't let your fears consume you, instead let your fears fuel you. Try new things, step outside of your comfort zone, and most importantly create new experiences and memories.
