Sixteen seniors from the University of Oklahoma were recognized for their outstanding achievement in scholarship, honors, awards, leadership and service at a recent awards ceremony. OU Interim President Joseph Harroz Jr. and representatives from OU colleges presented each recipient their Outstanding Senior Award.
The seniors who were honored and their respective colleges were Rahmat Ashari, Mewbourne College of Earth and Energy; Leslie Avila, Christopher C. Gibbs College of Architecture; Eduardo Campbell Bethancourt, David L. Boren College of International Studies; Hannah Dillenbeck, Weitzenhoffer Family College of Fine Arts; Nickoo Farkhoy, College of Dentistry; Katy Felkner, Gallogly College of Engineering; Maddie Gaylord, Michael F. Price College of Business; Leanne Ho, College of Arts and Sciences; Lucy Kates, Honors College; Kennemer Mays, Fran and Earl Ziegler College of Nursing; Toronzo McInnis, Jeannine Rainbolt College of Education; Meredith Rasnic, Gaylord College of Journalism and Mass Communication; Katie Rock, College of Allied Health; Annalisa Sanfilippo, College of Atmospheric and Geographic Sciences;. Scott Wardrop, College of Professional and Continuing Studies.
The overall Oustanding Senior award was presented to Miles Francisco, College of Arts and Sciences.
