How to Submit Your Departmental Event to What To Do
All of the events publicized by What To Do at OU are submitted to us from the event organizers. Once events have been received, we will add them to our website and publiczize through online communications.
Follow the steps below to submit your departmental event to What To Do at OU.
- Log in to OU Engage
- On the home page, select the membership associated with the event you are submitting
- Select "Manage Organization"
- Click on the icon on the uppper, left-side corner - it should look like three horizontal lines
- Select Events
- Click "+ Create Event"
- Fill out the form and click the "Save" button.
- You did it! Look forward to seeing your event featured on a What To Do email
You must be registered through OU Engage to submit an event. If your organization is not registered on Engage, please reach out to email@example.com
