With the last of winter hopefully behind us, spring ahead into the weekend action with these events. Remember to change your clocks too!

#FTK!! Soonerthon is one of the biggest nights for philanthropy and dancing at OU. This year’s Soonerthon takes place from 10 a.m.-10 p.m. Saturday at the Huff. The CAC event consists of a 12-hour dance marathon that raises funds for the Children’s Hospital Foundation and Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals. Be sure to find more information and register here by March 7.

Colombian Night 2015

The 14th annual Colombian Night is back this weekend! Sponsored by OU's Colombian Students Association, the event showcases Colombian culture with dance, music and food. The evening starts off with a traditional dinner at 5 p.m. Saturday at St. Joseph’s church with a performance following at 8 p.m. in the Catlett Music Center. Tickets for the event are available for purchase here.

Sooner Skate

Wanting to watch something tough this weekend? Roller derby can deliver on that! The Oklahoma Victory Dolls hold their first ever invitational Sooner Skate tournament Saturday and Sunday at the Cox Convention Center in downtown OKC. Cheer on the Dolls as they take down their competition from across the country. Check here for ticket info and bout times. 

Interstellar 

Check out this week’s Spring Film Series flick, "Interstellar," for an easy and free weekend movie fix. Showings are at 6 p.m., 9 p.m. and midnight Friday in Meacham Auditorium. Visit UPB’s site for other upcoming Meacham flicks. 

Women’s Gymnastics

Come see the No. 1 ranked OU women’s gymnastic team take on No. 3 Florida State at 6:45 p.m. March 6 at the Lloyd Noble Stadium. The team’s seniors will be saluted by their teammates at the last regular season match. Come see what the Sooners do best (dominate). For ticket info and upcoming competition dates, visit here
