About:
Although not originally from Oklahoma, I’ve lived here for over 25 years! As a child and young adult I lived all over the US. I now live in a 100-year old house near campus with my husband. We have two sons – one at OU and one at UCO. I enjoy traveling, cooking, working in my yard, and watching Ted Lasso!
What do you like most about working with new students?
I love working with new students because of the variety of energy they each bring! I enjoy working with them through the joys and challenges of their first year.
What advice would you give to OU first year students?
Go to class, and don’t be nervous talking to your instructors – they want to meet you!
What is your favorite place on campus?
The swing set in between the Towers. I love seeing students swinging like they are little kids – there’s still a little kid in all of us!
