Liz Green is a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate and a graduate from the University of Oklahoma, completing her Bachelor’s Degree in Multidisciplinary Studies with an emphasis in Education and Health and Exercise Science as well as completing her Master’s Degree in Clinical Professional Counseling, with an emphasis in School Counseling. She fulfilled her graduate internship hours at OU’s University Counseling Center and Norman High School.
Whether you are coming to counseling to process life’s challenges, navigate the transition of attending college, or seeking personal growth, it is Liz’s goal to provide a safe space to work alongside you and support you in your journey to mental and emotional well-being. Liz has experience working with a variety of presenting concerns and tailors her approach to each individual's unique needs and goals. She utilizes techniques from a range of modalities including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Internal Family Systems. Outside of the counseling space, Liz is a hobby enthusiast and enjoys spending time engaging in creative endeavors and spending time outside or with pets.
