Dr. Vitiello is a board-certified psychiatrist who completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Oklahoma and his psychiatric residency training at Griffin Memorial Hospital in Norman, Oklahoma. He served the state of Oklahoma as a general psychiatrist at Central Oklahoma Community Mental Health before becoming the Medical Director at the Absentee Shawnee Clinic in Norman. Dr. Vitiello believes in incorporating psychopharmacological treatment when appropriate, as well as psychotherapy and behavioral modifications, such as a healthy diet and exercise. He grew up mostly in Norman, Oklahoma, and enjoys traveling and spending time with his family.
