An all-gender restroom is a lockable room with a toilet and sink, for use by one individual at a time. The current signage for the restrooms could include “family restroom” or “unisex” but is meant to represent single-occupancy.
OU offers a range of restrooms across campus to support our community’s diverse needs, including single-occupant, multi-stall, and all-gender facilities. These options provide convenient access for individuals with disabilities, those with child-care responsibilities, and anyone seeking privacy. While OU does not have a specific policy regarding restroom use, the university is committed to inclusivity and supporting the needs of all individuals.
