  1. Attendance:

  1. Old Business:
    • NULL constitution:
      Got a copy of the NULL consitution from OUSA
      Turns out secratary becomes treasurer upon treasurer's advication.
      Treasurer becomes Chairperson upon Chaperson's advication.
      Looks like the email elections weren't needed at all.
    • Budget status:
      Need to find the treasury
      Buget defense in Spring for Fall 2000
      Won't be able to make the deadline this year.
    • Cluster status:
      Cluster has been taken down due to CS department construction.
      Everything went to surplus that we know of.
      SGI boxes sent away.
  1. New Business:
    • Got to fill out OUSA forms to remain a student organization (due Sept 14th).
    • Need to hold elections for the Fall (next week).
    • Need to find a new faculty sponser - Dr. Canning is moving away.
    • Want a cluster events this semester,
      Need to schedule the event over the list.
    • Want more regular meetings, suggested Tuesday luncheons.
