  1. Chairperson's report:
    • As you notice we've got pizza and coke for free (well, to you anyway). So help yourself.
    • Contact me if you want any information about the upcoming Medivial Fare. Apparently you volunteer individually and get paid for the work.
    • New Beowulf cluster news: The $3,000 racks that were surplussed got sold for scrape for $80. The folks at surplus have found a mid-sized rack, but I don't think it will be worth it.
    • www.sin.ou.edu has apperently left off all our announcements from the published calendar. They now join the Oklahoma Daily on my list of people who lose NULL announcements and event "in the mail" so to speak.
    • Since attendance is low, the raffle will be canceled. Everyone who want's one can come get a "Linux key-code quick reference card." Extras are available.
    • Need to get a DEV NULL: Linux Developer's Conference committee setup to work on putting the event together for the Fall/Spring.
  2. Treasurer's Report:
    • UOSA Budget - need to find out about budget interviews.
    • Dr. Das from the CS department donated $10.00 that paid for the drinks (Coke, Barq's and Sprite) at the meeting.

    Ben Collins was elected the new Leader of the Debian project today.
  3. Upcomgin Elections:
    Chairperson's position will be comming up for election next month.
    Also have 8 positions open on the NULL board that can be filled.
  4. Linux Distro of the Meeting:
    By a 2 to 2 tie, the favorite was Debian and BSD/OTHER (well, technically BSD's not a Linux distro at all)
  5. Next general meeting:
    The next meeting of NULL will be held on Friday the 27th of April in the Student Union.
    Joe Vagda want's to do a BSD install demo for NULL that day.
