The University of Oklahoma Staff Week is an annual week-long celebration honoring University staff for their many contributions on and off campus.
The Staff Week Committee, with support from the Staff Senate, prepares months in advance to make the week’s events a great time. Staff Week has the support of the Board of Regents, President Harroz, and the City of Norman.

Staff are invited to submit artwork for the 2025 Virtual Art Show Contest now through Friday, April 11th.
Artists will showcase their creativity and unique individuality within our community by uploading a photo of their work, the medium, and the title of their piece by clicking on the Submit Artwork button below by 5:00pm CST on Friday, April 11th.
Artwork will be displayed virtually during the week of Staff Week. OU Norman Campus Staff will have the opportunity to vote on their favorite pieces. Artists will be invited to bring their pieces in-person to display at the Staff Week Picnic and Ice Cream social on Friday, April 25th.
Eligibility: Participants must be OU Norman Campus Staff. Students and faculty are ineligible to participate.
