How to apply for funding:

Step 1: Attend

Join an info session to learn more about the process.
Step 2: Apply

Complete the "CAC Speakers Bureau Allocations Funding Application for Spring 2025" on OU’s Engage platform: https://ou.campuslabs.com/engage/submitter/form/step/1?Guid=cc2f57f4-c577-48d2-b649-5140281e6028
Step 3: Present

You'll receive details on presenting your plan to the allocations committee for funding.

10/22 at 5:00 PM: Info Session #1 – Bartlett Study Room in the Oklahoma Memorial Union
10/25 at 10:00 AM: Info Session #2 – Zoom (https://oklahoma.zoom.us/j/98934243085)
10/25: Application Opens on Engage
11/4 at 6:00 PM: Info Session #3 – Heritage Room in the Oklahoma Memorial Union
11/07 at 6:00 PM: Info Session #4 – Bartlett Study Room in the Oklahoma Memorial Union
11/8 at midnight: Application Closes
11/11 at 6:00 PM: Allocations Process
