The High School Leadership Conference is an exceptional three-day, two-night program designed exclusively for high school juniors. Every February, we eagerly welcome 300 motivated students to the University of Oklahoma for an experience that is aimed at equipping, empowering, and inspiring these young leaders. HSLC focuses on personal development, fostering essential leadership skills, and instilling a deep commitment to making a positive impact in their schools and communities. Moreover, we provide invaluable insights into teamwork, collaboration, and guidance on post-high school education, whether it be college, trade school, or any other chosen path.
HSLC takes pride in welcoming juniors from diverse backgrounds, including schools in Oklahoma, across the United States, homeschoolers, and international academies. To continue providing the best experience for our campers, we rely on financial support.

"HSLC brought out the leader in me. I was very shy junior year. The three days I spent at the conference impacted me more than any leadership class ever could. These people care about you, and they want to see you do great things."
“It’s hard to narrow it down to one moment, but my favorite would probably have been the burn-on bracelets. It’s something that I look at everyday and I’m constantly brought back to a place of so much fun and peace. My word was “purpose," everytime I look at my bracelet, I’m reminded to find my purpose in leadership and keep an open eye for other people’s purpose to help guide them."
“Within 24 hours, not only had I grown as an individual, but I watched strangers become some of my best friends and then grow as well. Everything came full circle. I loved how HSLC encouraged emotional growth.”
