Equipment for Events in Activity Centers
For any events occurring at an Activity Center, the office of Campus Scheduling has equipment for those specific spaces. Equipment includes:
- Digital Screens/Projectors
- Electrical cords
- Computer adapters

Equipment for Events On-Campus
The Department of Facilities Management can provide furniture and public address support for events in spaces that do not offer the necessary equipment. Facilities Management crews are experienced with all types of special events.
Work performed at times other than regular work hours will incur a special request cost rate. Departments must provide an OU account number to be charged for this work.
Facilities Management special event setup can include:
- Tables and chairs
- PA system
- Trash containers
- Providing power
- Turning off irrigation sprinklers
