Born in San Angelo Texas, Keara was the 3rd of what would eventually be 4 children. Daughter to Air Force Officer parents, Ret. Major J. Quinn and Ret. Col R. Quinn, she moved around quite a bit, before spending her high school years in Fairfax County Virginia, where she graduated from Lake Braddock Secondary School in 2013.She eventually found her way home to Texas before coming to Oklahoma in late 2021.
While she has not served in the armed forces herself, Keara spent almost 5 years with the Travis County Sheriff’s office as a Corrections Officer.
