Current students are notified through one.ou.edu when their account/record is flagged with a hold. The notification will include the name of the administrative office and/or academic college that has placed the Hold.
A Hold may restrict the student from enrolling in classes, obtaining transcripts (to the extent allowed by federal laws and regulations), and graduation, among other restrictions.
Former students/alumni who may not have access to one.ou.edu can contact Student Financial Center by email: sfc@ou.edu, or by phone: (405) 325-9000 to inquire if their student account/record has a pending hold.
