Name change requests can be made for the following reasons:
Clerical Correction
Marriage
Divorce
Court Order
*Official documentation is required to complete the name change process. Examples of official documentation include Driver’s License, Marriage License, Court Order, or other Government Issued ID.*
Directory information can also be updated through the OU Alumni Association.
*Changes made to the OU Alumni System will NOT affect student and/or employment records.*
OU Employees can update name changes through the OU HR Self-Service Portal or OU HR Contact.
*OU employees who are also students at the University should complete both the employee and student name change processes.*
Log into ONE to update address information with the University through the Personal Information channel on the home tab. Directory information can also be updated through the OU Alumni Association.
International students are required to report address changes on ONE and with International Student Services.
Address information should be updated in the OU HR Self-Service Portal.
*OU employees who are also students at the University should complete both the employee and student address change processes.*
