Since 1996, Rick has served as President of Investors Trust Company, a private trust company located in Duncan, Oklahoma, chartered and established in 1959. He has helped transform the company into a diverse family office that oversees a wide array of investments and opportunities. The company provides a full complement of tax, legal, and accounting services, including personal, trust, partnership, nonprofit, and corporate needs for family clientele. Rick serves on the board of directors for numerous family-controlled companies focused in the energy sector as well as outside companies in which the family has made substantial investments. He has been involved with many nonprofit boards around the state of Oklahoma and is active in supporting several local activities with an emphasis on economic and community development. Rick and his wife, Barbara, are also the developers and owners of The Territory Golf & Country Club, a private golf course and residential community ranked #10 in Golfweek’s Top 50 New Courses in 2006 and ranked in the Top 10 of Best in State (Oklahoma) by Golf Digest. Prior to beginning his employment with the family, Rick developed his work experience in banking, investments, and manufacturing. Rick and Barbara reside in Duncan and have two sons. Rick earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance (1984) and his Master of Business Administration (1989) from The University of Oklahoma.
