Effective July 1, 2023, all University Of Oklahoma Solicitations will be posted to the OU Public Sourcing Site, Including all bidder responses, contracts, and other documents.
Those interested in registering, please contact supplierrelations@ou.edu. If you have not received an invitation, please check your spam, clutter, and junk folders.
To bid on solicitations suppliers must register in the OU Supplier Portal.
University Procurement is not responsible for a bidder's failure to download any required documents.
Bidders are responsible for checking the University Procurement website for additional amendments, communications, or changes to the solicitations.
All bid questions, responses, evaluations, and contract negotiations must be performed through the OU Procurement System.
