The University of Iowa awarded Dr. Russell a Ph.D. in business administration, majoring in human resource management and minoring in applied statistics. He teaches at the Price College of Business, University of Oklahoma as a Professor. Dr. Russell published over 60 book chapters and journal articles in leading outlets, receiving over $5 million in research support. He helped found ePredix, Inc., serving on its scientific advisory board through its merger into PreVisor and SHL. In 1986 he won the Ghiselli Award for Research Design and in 2003 became a fellow of the American Psychological Association and the Society for I/O Psychology.
