As generative AI rapidly transforms the business and academic landscape, the Michael F. Price College of Business at the University of Oklahoma is relaunching its Dean’s Speaker Series with an exploration into the groundbreaking technology set to impact every part of our lives.

Featured Speaker: Ethan Mollick

Ethan Mollick

Ethan Mollick is an associate professor of management at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he studies and teaches innovation and entrepreneurship. He is also the author of The Unicorn’s Shadow: Combating the Dangerous Myths that Hold Back Startups, Founders, and Investors, and the academic director and co-founder of Wharton Interactive, an initiative to democratize education using games, simulations, and AI. His research on topics such as crowdfunding, entrepreneurial strategy, and the effects of AI on work and education has been published in top academic journals and covered by leading media outlets. He has also created and designed various teaching games that are used by students and educators around the world. He holds a PhD and an MBA from MIT’s Sloan School of Management and a bachelor’s degree from Harvard University.
