About Ouyang

Xiulian Ouyang is a Ph.D. student in Management (Micro OB) at the University of Oklahoma's Michael F. Price College of Business, starting Fall 2025. Her research interests lie in well-being, leadership, work meaningfulness, and identity. Before joining the doctoral program, she worked as a Research and Teaching Assistant at China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) in Shanghai. She holds a master's degree in management from Tongji University (Shanghai, China) and a bachelor's degree in English from Chongqing University (Chongqing, China).

She is committed to self-improvement, both in her academic work and her personal character. Away from her research, she enjoys traveling, hiking, playing badminton and tennis, and spending quality time with family and friends.
