Mahija Ratnoo is a Ph.D. student in Management and International Business at The University of Oklahoma’s Price College of Business. Before joining the Ph.D. program, she earned her MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Shillong, after which she worked as a Project Manager at a leading Indian fintech firm. Drawing on her background in psychology and sociology, her research interests lie in how CEOs interact with contextual forces to shape firm strategy.
