Justin Canova is currently pursuing his Ph.D. in Entrepreneurship in the Tom Love Division of Entrepreneurship and Economic Development at the University of Oklahoma Michael F. Price School of Business. He primarily studies strategy and entrepreneurship in small businesses. Areas of research interest for Justin include hybrid entrepreneurship, transitional entrepreneurship, social entrepreneurship and family businesses. Justin holds an MBA from Utah State University and a B.S. in Communications from the University of Utah.
Prior to entering academia, he spent five years in professional services as a consultant at Workday. He enjoys watching and officiating rugby, cycling and tinkering on his bicycles, and most importantly, spending time with his wife and kids.
