Ronna graduated from Southern Nazarene University in 2014 with a Bachelor's degree in English Education. She began her career in SNU’s Adult ESL program as a recruiter and teacher before moving to Madrid, Spain, where she worked for two years as an English language assistant.
After returning to Oklahoma, she taught 9th grade English for four years before transitioning into higher education advising. In 2022, she moved to New York to serve as an Academic Advisor at Stony Brook University. She later returned to Oklahoma and served as advisor at UCO's College of Business.
Ronna is passionate about student success and is currently pursuing a graduate certificate focused on supporting hidden student populations.
