About Dulin

Before joining the University of Oklahoma, Joe Dulin worked as an auditor with PwC. After PwC, he served as the chief financial officer of Motay Electronics and later USA Health Network. He concluded his private industry experience as a sole practitioner specializing in court-appointed receivership and special master duties.

In addition to being a CPA, he is a certified risk manager and has served as the chief risk officer at Utah State University and the University of Oklahoma. His teaching experience includes courses in cost accounting and financial reporting. He is also a certified flight instructor and a PADI Divemaster.

Dulin is also a proud U.S. Army vetera
