Jo Light received both her undergraduate degree in journalism and a master’s of professional writing from the University of Oklahoma. Before joining Price College as an instructor, Light served as an adjunct instructor of mass communications at Rose State College. She is also a journalist with a focus on arts, entertainment and the film industry, drawing on her years of experience in production and development at various Los Angeles production companies and talent agencies.
