Dr. Derik Steyn teaches in the Division of Marketing and Supply Chain Management (Price College) since January 2018. His research focuses on aspects of relationship intention in service firms. He is published in, among others, the Journal of Financial Services Marketing, and Services Marketing Quarterly, read papers at, among others, the Academy of Marketing Sciences (AMS), and the Marketing Educators’ Association (MEA), serves as Associate Editor of the South African Journal of Economic and Management Sciences, and has consulting and training experience with private and public organizations in the U.S.A. and South Africa.
