Chenxi Lin is an Assistant Professor of Accounting in the Price College of Business. She earned her Ph.D. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from the University of Kansas. She teaches undergraduate auditing and a Ph.D. seminar in corporate governance and auditing. Her primary research interests include auditor behavior, audit quality, audit regulation, financial reporting quality, and corporate governance.
Chenxi has received numerous awards and fellowships, including the OU Price College Hurley Roberson Award for Teaching Excellence, the OU Price College Dean’s Research Excellence Award, the OU Frances L. Ayres Partners in Learning Fellowship, the 2020 Best Ph.D. Paper Award from the Auditing Section of the American Accounting Association, the John O. Tollefson Doctoral Student Teaching Award, and the Max E. Fessler Dissertation Award.
Outside of work, she enjoys family time with her husband and daughter. Her hobbies include woodworking, oil painting, and traveling.
