Chenxi Lin
Assistant Professor of Accounting
Chenxi Lin earned her Ph.D. in accounting from the University of Kansas. Her research interests focus on financial reporting quality, audit quality and audit regulations. Her research has been accepted for publication in top accounting journals. She also has received numerous awards and fellowships, including the 2020 Best Ph.D. Paper Award from the Auditing Section of American Accounting Association, the 2020 John O. Tollefson Doctoral Student Teaching Award, the 2020 Max E. Fessler Dissertation Award, the 2019 Deloitte Foundation Doctoral Fellowship, the 2019 Clarence Coleman Business Scholarship, and the 2019 KU School of Business Best Paper of the Year Award. She enjoys spending time with her husband and their two fur babies, Prince and Gabby. Her hobbies include woodworking, oil painting and traveling.
