To make sure you’re applying to OUPI, choose OU Polytechnic Institute as the campus then choose your major on the admissions application.
If you are sending OUPI your transcript through Parchment, it must be sent to the University of Oklahoma Norman – Undergrad.
Official transcripts can also be sent directly from your prior institution and be sent electronically to oardocuments@ou.edu or by mail at the address below. Transcripts submitted directly from a student to oardocuments@ou.edu will not be accepted.

There are several ways to have your application fee waived, including using an alumni fee waiver or being an Oklahoma’s Promise eligible student from Tulsa Community College.
Students who qualify for Oklahoma's Promise and are transferring from Tulsa Community College to OUPI qualify for Crimson Commitment.
