Current students may access their unofficial transcript, class schedule or account information from anywhere in the world with the following three steps:

The information provided will assist current students who need to access their records, print an unofficial transcript, or view their class schedule.
Students may complete the Transcript Request Form to request an official OU Transcript. All requests must be in writing and include the full name, student ID number, date of birth, the complete address to which the transcript is to be sent, and the student's original signature. Students may fax requests to (405) 325-7273 or mail transcript requests to:
