Summer Experiences
Registration and Payment
A $50 non-refundable registration deposit is due at the time of registration.
Tuition for each session must be paid no later than 7 days prior to the start of the session.
Registration deadline is 4 days prior to the start of the session. All forms and paperwork must be submitted by Friday.
Cancellations by Families
If you cancel your child’s registration at least 7 days before the session begins, tuition will be refunded.
The $50 registration deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the session start date are not eligible for a refund.
School Year Experiences

Registration closes 48 hours prior to the start of the program.
Full payment is required at the time of registration.
Cancellations by Families
If you cancel your child’s registration at least 7 days before the program, you will receive a refund of the program fee, minus a processing fee (amount to be determined).
Cancellations made within 7 days of the program are not eligible for a refund.
If Precollegiate Programs must cancel a session for any reason (including low enrollment, facility issues, or staffing), families will receive a full refund of tuition and deposits.
Precollegiate Programs reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or combine sessions and substitute qualified instructors when necessary.
