CEcD Exam Prep Course is scheduled just before the Institute for those who wish to attend both.
$525 if taken in conjunction with OU EDI week-long courses.
$625 for OU EDI CEcD Exam Prep Course only.
$700 for the Exam Prep Course and Ethics Course or Primer to the CEcD Course.
Registration for CEcD Exam Prep includes breakfast, lunch, and break service.

Important: Attendance is required for full course credit. Classes on Thursday (the last day) end after 5:30 pm. Please make travel arrangements accordingly.
Registration fees are payable to the University of Oklahoma. To qualify for the Early Bird registration rate, both a completed registration form and full payment must be received before Friday, August 22, 2025. Payments not received by this date will be charged the normal registration fee (see fee structure under "Registration"). Conference attendees with a balance due will be required to remit payment before being admitted to the conference, except those attendees paying by government purchase order. A credit card or check will be required on-site for attendees with balances who have not provided a government purchase order or check.
Qualified substitutions will be accepted at any time. Cancellations received after the close of business on Friday, March 28, 2025, must pay a $150 processing fee.
There will be no refunds for cancellation after Friday, October 3, 2025, or for non-attendance at the Institute. Transfers will incur an $850 processing fee (half the registration cost). If registration fees are not paid prior to the cancellation or no-show, you will be billed.
Cancellations must be received in writing by mail or email at edi@ou.edu. Telephone cancellations are not accepted.
Materials may be downloaded from the OU EDI database. Log into OU EDI and select Course Schedule from the View Your Info dropdown. You will be able to download course materials upon payment and print your schedule.
Materials can also be purchased for an additional fee of $70 prior to the event.
