Program Breakdown

The MAOL program provides an applied approach to the study and practice of leadership. We designed the program to meet the needs of working adults while maintaining a commitment to providing affordable, high-quality education and an enjoyable learning experience.

You will learn from a team dedicated to your success. Most importantly, you can tailor the leadership degree program  by choosing one of three specialty tracks to meet your career interests.

What to Expect

Once admitted, we will connect you to an MAOL program advisor to help answer any questions you may have as you move through the program. As you begin your coursework, you will interact with other students from all over the country and abroad as you engage in lively online discussions. Finally, you will learn from talented, experienced instructors who care about your success.

All MAOL graduate courses are 16 weeks long for fall and spring semesters and eight weeks long for summer. Most students take two courses (or six credit hours) in the spring and fall semesters and one class (or three credit hours) in the summer. However, you can design a degree plan that fits your unique work and life circumstances. It would be best to discuss your degree plan with your program advisor to ensure the program meets your needs.
