The University of Oklahoma Ombudsperson/Office has established consistent practices and procedures regarding its operations in compliance with the Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice of the International Ombuds Association. It functions independently and confidentially, it remains neutral, and it limits the scope of its services to providing informal assistance in conflict management and resolution.
