Technology Transfer Administrator, Office of Technology Commercialization

Regina K. McNabb is the Technology Transfer Administrator for the Office of Technology Commercialization and has served the University of Oklahoma in that capacity since 2001.

Regina manages the administrative details of all disclosures, inventions and intellectual property from the Norman, HSC and Tulsa campuses. Additionally, Regina processes and manages all agreements relative to intellectual property, as well as confidentiality agreements, data use agreements, and material transfer agreements. Regina also liaises with the research administration offices on both campuses for review of intellectual property issues within the research agreements. Regina administers the Federal reporting for Federally-funded intellectual property for all campuses. In these roles, Regina works directly with faculty, other members of OTC, multiple offices within the University of Oklahoma, the Federal government, outside patent counsel, and members of industry. Regina is well-versed in the State and Federal regulatory requirements of her duties and obligations for the University.

Regina has worked for the University of Oklahoma since 1996. Prior to joining OTC, Regina was in the Office of Research Services as a Proposal Assistant and as a Sponsored Programs Coordinator. She is a proud alumnus of OU with a degree in Business Administration.
