In partnership with the Center for Faculty Excellence, we are hosting the first OADII networking event from 9:30 – 11 a.m. on Wed., Aug. 17 at the OU Norman Campus. The purpose of this event is to provide all interested OU faculty a forum to meet and engage with the OADII team and other OU colleagues interested in applying their research expertise and capabilitiesto addressing holistic solutions to current aerospace, defense, and global security challenges.
This networking event will provide an overview of the overarching OADII mission, our current and future initiatives, and ways faculty research can enhance the OU defense research enterprise. We will introduce new opportunities for learning how to better maneuver the DoD funding landscape, introduce OADII competitive seed grants, and learn more about the specific technical challenges facing the DoD community.
