Marilyn Wiles, a retired Senior Executive Service (SES) leader, brings decades of distinguished federal service, leading strategy, operations, finance, and transformation across multiple Cabinet-level agencies. Her federal career includes senior leadership roles such as Director of the Nebraska Service Center for U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), Managing Director of Budget Operations at the U.S. Department of State, Director of Budget for the Architect of the Capitol, Chief Operating and Financial Officer at the Department of the Treasury’s Federal Consulting Group, and Deputy Assistant Administrator for Resource Management at the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA). She held key assignments supporting national defense operations with the U.S. Army, the Joint Staff, and the Missile Defense Agency. She introduced innovative approaches to financial and talent management, helping agencies modernize systems, align resources with priorities, and build workforce capacity. 

Following her federal service, she served as CEO/President of a leadership consulting firm, delivering executive coaching, training, and strategic advisory services. Her portfolio of clients spanned nearly all Cabinet-level departments within the Executive Branch, in addition to independent agencies and smaller organizations like the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) and the Council of Inspectors General on Integrity and Efficiency (CIGIE). Her work supported nonprofit and private sector institutions, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children and the Academy of Science – St. Louis. Notably, she supported the US Army’s Command Assessment Program providing coaching services to nearly 3,400 Army Officers and Command Sergeant Majors as they prepared for command positions.

An Oklahoma native, Ms. Wiles holds an MBA from Averett University and a BS in Management from Oklahoma City University. She is an International Coaching Federation (ICF)-certified executive coach and a graduate of multiple senior leadership programs, including Harvard’s JFK Kennedy School of Government Senior Officials in National Security program and the Federal Executive Institute. She is a member of The Explorer’s Club, an organization dedicated to promoting scientific exploration and field research across land, sea, air, and space.
