Sarah has served as a MoneyCoach for the University of Oklahoma since June 2021. Her background in banking and financial education allows her to provide students with relevant and practical financial knowledge. Sarah helps guide students to a successful financial future through credit building, budgeting, and paying for college. Sarah holds a certification as a Financial Educator of Personal Finance from Fincert.
Sarah graduated from Oral Roberts University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, minor in Communications.
Sarah previously worked in the Citizen Potawatomi Nation’s Community Development Corporation which offered financial education and small business loans to Indigenous individuals. Sarah also worked for the Citizen Potawatomi Nation's education department helping Indigenous students with scholarship sourcing. She currently works for MidFirst Bank as a MoneyCoach. Sarah has a passion for assisting students to understand and learn financial literacy.
Sarah’s mother is an educator who gave her the passion for helping students pursue their higher education. Sarah graduated from Tecumseh High School and is married to her high school sweetheart. She enjoys spending time with her family, baking, and crafting.
