Petroleum Engineering Senior
I chose OU after meeting an OU recruiter who came all the way to Abu Dhabi, UAE! I learned that not only did OU have one of the top petroleum engineering programs in the U.S., is a Tier 1 research institution, and provides an emphasis on experiential learning, but it is more broadly a part of this amazing University. Four years ago, I arrived in Norman, sat foot on campus, and knew I had made the right choice. This is home. Every day that I get to walk into this building, I feel blessed. I get to study something I love. And it is something that will impact people’s lives. I get to learn, be challenged, work hard, and prepare for an exciting future both for myself and the world I’m graduating into.
