Using below categories/components, create
your instructional development plan to guide your individual project. Complete
this assignment in a Microsoft Word file format and email to the instructor
(dhlim@ou.edu) by the due date (June 2).

Target Learners and Expected Time for Study (2 points)
- Description of target learners (who are
they, their geographical location, major characteristics such as demographics
and job information)
- The expected duration of learners' average study time for
each module.
Instructional Objectives (2 points)
- Instructional objectives for the whole program
- Instructional objectives for the selected module(s)
Learning Framework (1 point)
Based upon your selected instructional principles and strategies
for the distance learning program, develop a learning framework or sequencing
to guide decision of learning activities and interactions. Refer to section
4 of this module.
Evaluation Plan (1 point)
- Formative evaluation plan (e.g., pretest, learning style assessment,
module level satisfaction evaluation, module level learning assessment)
- Summative evaluation plan (e.g., course exit survey, course
