Case Status and Referral Follow-ups
If you would like to know the status of a case that is pending at this office, we recommend that you call or email the OIS staff member that is handling your case. If you do not know who is handling your case, an OIS representative can help direct your call to your case manager.
Schedule an Appointment to Visit the Office
We are available to meet in-person, over Zoom, or via phone. We recommend that you schedule an appointment if you need to speak with an OIS staff member. This allows us time to prepare for your visit and, if appropriate, to have your documents ready when you arrive. Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
