Upperclass students

OU Traditions Square is an exclusive upperclass-student apartment community dedicated to providing high-quality living while continuing the residence life experience for students. From the luxurious pools and hot tubs, to the putting green and complimentary parking, OU Traditions Square is a great place to call home. Its proximity to campus makes it a convenient place to live with easy access to features such as CART bus stops and bike paths. From upperclass students to graduate students, student athletes to international students, we have an apartment that is right for you.

March 1: Same Room Sign-Up Eligibility DEADLINE (Current Residents Only)

To be eligible to be assigned to your same room, you must rank Same Room Sign-Up as your first preference on the Floor Plan Preferences page and complete your Traditions Square Apartments application by March 1*.

If you are assigned to your same room, you will receive confirmation of your assignment in early March and you will not need to participate in room selection unless you want to change your room.

* Students who submit waitlist applications will not be eligible for Same Room Sign-Up. The waitlist may start prior to March 1.  Please complete your housing application as soon as possible.

If a student selects Same Room Sign-Up, they cannot create a roommate pair.
 

ATTENTION: Due to limited inventory, we have reached capacity for all upperclass housing locations for the 2024-2025 academic year and students have been placed on a waiting list. At this time, we are no longer able to accept additional applications for the Residence Halls (Residential Colleges, Couch and Walker Centers, David L. Boren Hall) for the 2024-2025 academic year. Applications for Traditions Square remain open.


2023-2024 housing is still available!

Traditions Square East is located on Asp, directly north of L. Dale Mitchell Park. Traditions Square West is located at the corner of Imhoff Road and Chautauqua Avenue, and west of L. Dale Mitchell Park.
