A $50 non-refundable application fee and a $200 refundable deposit are due upon signing the Kraettli Lease Agreement. Both fees will be charged to Your Bursar account within seven business days after signing Your Lease Agreement. The University may apply the deposit against any outstanding charges and fees due and owing under this Agreement, when it is terminated, or You are released. If there are no outstanding charges or fees, the deposit amount returned to You, at the University’s option, as either a credit on Your Bursar account, check, or other electronic funds transfer.
In an effort to keep your rates low and better meet the needs of residents, local telephone service is not an included amenity at Kraettli Apartments. Local telephone service is still an available option to residents upon request for a monthly charge. For more information and to set up service, contact OU IT's Telecom department directly.
Residents of Kraettli apartments will be issued one laundry card per unit. This card will allow residents access to washing and drying cycles as needed each week. Laundry card accounts will be monitored to ensure that residents do not run out of laundry credits. The Kraettli laundry card and facilities are to be used by Kraettli residents only.
Please remember to be considerate of others and promptly remove clothes from the washers and dryers. The university is not responsible for articles left unattended. If you have problems with your laundry card or if it is lost or stolen, please contact the Kraettli office at (405) 325-4431.
