Digital Display Ad Space Request

Campus departments and registered student groups are able to advertise on the digital display screens located on the first floor of Adams, Couch and Walker Centers. After you have looked over the requirements, access the online request form below.

Due to current health precautions, napkin ads will not be running during the Fall 2020 semester.

Ad Requirements

  • Ad must be 1920px by 1080px
  • Ad must be sent as a .png or .jpg
  • Ad must adhere to university requirements                                                                     http://www.ou.edu/brand
  • A single organization can have no more than one slide running at any given time. Housing and Food Services also reserves the right to refuse an ad at a given time due to a high volume of slides. Space allotted on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Requests and proofs should be sent in three business days prior to the requested start date.
