Honors Graduates have the privilege of donning a crimson Honors Hood at graduation. Once the honors graduate has applied for graduation with the Honors college and been cleared by the graduation coordinator, Tanya Miller, graduates are permitted to purchase the crimson Honors hood from the OU Bookstore. Applying to Graduate with Honors
All Honors Graduates must apply to graduate with Honors. This form is due to the main office of the honors college by March 1st for May graduation and October 1st for December graduation. Honors Graduation Reception
In order to celebrate the extra accomplishments of those graduating with Honors, the Honors College hosts a late afternoon/early evening graduation reception in the Spring held in David L. Boren Hall. The event is come-and-go, no RSVP needed. Party Pics will attend to take photos of graduates and their families, as wel as a group picture. Please bring your regalia for the photos. There will be a 'gown check' for you to store your robes.
